1. Eligibility & Customer Accuracy

By placing an order or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to provide true, current, and complete contact, billing, and shipping details.

2. Pricing, Specifications & Order Acceptance

While we make every effort to display accurate component specifications, real-time stock availability, and prices, typographical or system errors may occasionally occur. EYECOM NX reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify orders placed for products with typographical pricing errors. In cases where payment has been accepted prior to cancellation, an immediate and full refund will be initiated.

3. Reseller Role & Manufacturer Warranties

All brand-new retail components (processors, motherboards, GPUs, RAM, power supplies, storage drives, and peripherals) carry standard manufacturer warranties administered directly by their respective authorized service networks in India. EYECOM NX acts strictly as an independent retailer and reseller. While our dedicated support team will actively assist you with warranty guidance, warranty fulfillment remains subject to the terms and discretion of the manufacturer.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademark Disclaimers

All third-party product names, logos, registered trademarks, and brand icons (including but not limited to Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, ZOTAC, Corsair, Kingston, Western Digital, Seagate, Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft) displayed on this website are the sole property of their respective trademark holders.

The use of these trademarks and brand names on our catalog is strictly for product identification, descriptive compatibility reference, and retail resale purposes under fair use doctrine. It does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or certification by any trademark owner.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, EYECOM NX and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, third-party software incompatibilities, power surges, unauthorized customer modifications, or incidental loss of business revenue.

Terms & Conditions for Hardware Repairs & Diagnostic Services

The following additional binding conditions apply to all diagnostic assessments, hardware chip-level repairs, and installation services:

1. Services are carried out at EYECOM NX premises between 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
2. Customers must present their physical or digital Service Challan / Token at the time of collecting their repaired device.
3. A standard diagnostic charge of Rs. 500/- applies to cover bench inspection time, regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with the recommended repair quote.
4. Warranty for motherboard and chip-level component repairs is strictly limited to 7 days from the date of handover/delivery.
5. Data Protection & Backup Disclaimer: While our technicians take utmost care, EYECOM NX is not responsible for data loss or storage corruption during diagnostics or recovery procedures. Customers are strictly advised to maintain independent backups prior to handing over devices.
6. Replaced defective parts will be recycled unless explicitly requested for return at the initial booking stage.
7. Customers agree to collect repaired devices within fourteen (14) days of completion notification. Storage beyond 14 days will be at the customer's risk and cost.
8. Under no circumstances will EYECOM NX install unauthorized or pirated software. Operating system installations require customer-provided genuine licenses.
9. It is the customer's duty to inspect the physical condition of the device upon pickup. Signing the delivery challan confirms receipt in acceptable condition.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of website usage, sales, or repair services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall possess sole and exclusive jurisdiction over all matters.
