Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at EYECOM NX. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation:
- Send us a message on WhatsApp at +91 99878 31679 with your Order ID.
- Call us directly to request immediate cancellation.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tags intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Hardware compatibility issues do not qualify for returns. Please verify compatibility before purchasing or contact our team for assistance.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will arrange a reverse pickup at no charge to you. If a reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs up to a reasonable limit.
